TODO ES: Maps and diagrams

TODO ES: The Latin America & Caribbean focus map, the dual-stream methodology diagram, the SNPI sample network, and the topographic hero patterns are all custom inline SVG, drawn for this build. They are stylized illustrations — not GIS-grade cartography — and exist to communicate scope and architecture, not to represent actual coordinate data.

TODO ES: Founder photographs

TODO ES: Founder portraits are supplied by the founders. Where headshots are not yet available, monogram placeholders (initials on a Parchment Coffee background) are shown as a stand-in.

TODO ES: Institutional logos

TODO ES: TU Delft and Elsevier are referenced as typeset text badges, not as trademarked logos. Logo usage requires explicit permission from each institution; the live site should obtain that permission before display.
